Candle Rituals In Thai Magic



 
 
Candles are used extensively in Thai magical practices. Basically different colors are meant for various purposes:

 

·         Yellow candle – for Buddha, gurus and gods

·         White – for spirits, for cursing

·         Red – for love magic

·         Black – for Rahu, kid spirits

·         Etc.

 

As with the Western traditions, candles can also be used for cursing or for cursing and for enhancing Metta, business or good human relationships.

 

Candle ritual for cursing:

 

·         Get a piece of white candle, a red wax sheet and a piece of paper.

·         Melt the white candle in a pot take only the candle wick.

·         Write on the paper the name of your target.

·         Roll the white candle wick together with the paper and then roll the red wax sheet up to become a cylindrical shape.

·         Open up your window, start cursing the person for about 20 minutes.

·         Light the candle and let it burnt off completely.

·         Repeat the ritual for 7 days.

 

Candle ritual for Metta/good business:

 

·         Get a piece of red candle, a red wax sheet and a piece of paper.

·         Melt the red candle in a pot and take only the candle wick.

·         Write on the paper the name of your target.

·         Roll the wick, paper and the red wax sheet.

·         Perform the ritual at your window as above.

 

Ritual for making long pillar candles:

 

·       The long pillar candles can burn up to one month or longer, so it is a very powerful magical tool.

·        These types of candles should be made by the master himself as the wick must be specially made with chanting and empowerment rituals.

·        When the candles are readied, the completed candles will be inscribed with further yants and sacred scripts.

·        These candles are normally made in quantity of 7.
