My Pal Who Sees Ghosts (阴阳眼友)

I have a friend whom I vowed not to go out with her as she claimed herself as having the ability to see ghosts. Nothing wrong you say? Then, follow up with me please...

One evening, the lady and I went to an acquaintance's wedding dinner and the restaurant parking lot was practically full. So, after encircling my car for a few rounds, I finally slot my car in a secluded area as it was then approaching dinner time...

After the dinner, we walked around to search my car. Frankly speaking, I have a very poor memory and after walking for a while in circle; I just couldn't find the place where I have parked my automobile. Then...

The lady suddenly pointed her finger to a lamp post and said confidently: "I am sure your car is somewhere behind the lamp post!"

Though feeling surprised, we proceeded to the corner where the lady has pointed out. And, indeed. My car was there!

After we went into the car, I started the engine and just as I drove; I asked the lady: "Just out of curiosity, how did you managed to find my car in the dark?"

The lady said in slumber:  "Well, I saw this female ghost stood by the lamp post. And after the dinner, the ghost was still there!"

Stunned but I regretted after I opened my big mouth: "Oh, where is the ghost now?"

"Ah, the ghost is now at the backseat. She wanted a ride!"

Me: "..."

I was certain the weirdest and longest journey back home of my life...

Of course, the above was not the worse experience.

In another occasion, as I was sending the lady home; she suddenly yelled at me while my car was speeding: "STOP!!"

I immediately slammed on my brake and the car toke a big S-sway and halted. Luckily, the road was practically empty at that moment.

When I regained my senses, I asked her: "What's the matter?"

"Oh, you should let the OLD LADY pass first!"

What 'old lady'? The road in front of us was practically empty!!

Perhaps for my own safety and as I was still able to stay sober; I tried not to deal with the lady alone...

Feng Shui & Parents (风水与父母)

People like to make a big fuss about Feng Shui. But I can sum up Feng Shui with two words: 'father-mother' (父母). Basically, Feng Shui is established based on 'filial piety' (孝道): When the parents are alive, they should stay comfortably. When the deceased, the parents should be buried in a place of comfort.

Extending such a concept then we can deduce that if our parents stays comfortably, then the offspring will prosper.

1: Middle son
2: Mother
3. Elder son
4: Eldest daughter
5. Parents
6. Father
7: Youngest daughter
8: Youngest son
9: Middle daughter

So said, referring to the above diagram, the whereabouts of our parents will definitely affect the well beings of the offspring.

Again, if the 5 is upset, then everyone suffers.

If you have been neglecting your parents, then it is time to return and take a look at the old folks' condition. You will then realize that your misery maybe the result of your negligence towards your old folks...

As you can see... Feng Shui is as simple as ABC!

Repetitive Deaths (重丧)

I was asked to comment on the phenomenon of 'repetitive deaths' (重丧) as a friend of mine whose mother had passed away a few months back and followed by his brother also died recently.

Interestingly speaking, I started to inquire some of my friends and it turned out that they too have face similar unfortunate incidents too....

First, my dad died within 6 months of my grandma's death.

Another friend's father passed away followed by his grandmother also within six months period.

It is very difficult to have a detailed study as most of the information is not sufficient. But what is clear is that the ones died were quite close to each other such as mother-son relationship.

Throughout my life as Feng Shui auditor, I have found out the repetitive deaths cases are probably related to grave and house Feng Shui.

For example: My pal's healthy father suddenly passed away and his grandma also died soon after that. Then his uncle became very ill.

The family employed a Feng Shui master and the master suggested that the family's ancestral grave to be exhumed and the remains cremated.  The friend's uncle subsequently recovered.

In another case. A lady's husband suddenly suffered cancer and died within 1 year. Then her brother-in-law also passed away a few months later and then the lady's son died in a freak accident. So within a period of 2 years, all of the male members in her family died one after another.

An audit was carried out on the lady's ancestral grave and found that a huge tree on the left corner of her grandpa's grave was being chopped down by the grave caretaker.

The lady was subsequently advised to have her grandpa's grave exhumed for good.

Personally, I would advise caution when ancestral grave is to be exhumed as a small mistake may cause unrecoverable damage.

Another friend's father and uncle fell ill suddenly following his grandma's death. A Feng Shui master suggested that the grandparent's graves were to be exhumed and remains cremated.

The friend complied to the instructions and a few months later, his father succumbed to illness but his uncle survived.

When this case was brought to my attention, I found out that the Feng Shui master didn't perform a 'time selection' (择日) and the time of grave digging was in conflict with '3-kills' (三煞); the tomb facing was coincided with the old man's zodiac sign.

So, I never like to tough others' ancestral graves unless necessary..

Personally, I would attribute the phenomenon of 'repetitive deaths' to house or grave Feng Shui. Once the problems were resolved, then the unfortunate repeating deaths would automatically ceased as fast as within a month.
