Simple Ingredients Effective Cure


For the past few days my apartment was under seized by cold north draught, coupled with late sleep due to the need to complete an overdue project; the back of my right jaw started to swell and I couldn’t chew even the softest food such as banana.

 

So I thought my problem was caused by internal hot wind coupled with external chill wind, instead of taking antibiotics, I went to a grocery store and purchase some onions, garlic, gingers and peppermint.

 

I chop the onion, garlic and ginger into small pieces and consume them with my meals; while drinking peppermint tea… and presto! Within only 2 days, I pass out all the hot winds and recover. All in all I spent less than MYR2! Wonders how much would it take if I really consult a doctor?

    1. U can say that again. The garlic, onion and ginger are good to cure cure and warm body. The peppermint to smoothen the chi flow and expel the waste gases in the body. If we consume such foods in regular basis, that will certainly detox and keep us young.
