 As above mentioned, the beginning of the year shall see many construction projects to cover damaged by flood but the history shall repeat in summer and winter where this region shall be besieged by drought and flood. One should pay particular attention so as not to plan major events during the 5th lunar month and 11th months to avoid catastrophic losses. One should avoid going out during the noon and midnights of these months. We have seen major mishaps occurred in 2015 during these two hours. So this should not be treated as superstitious.

      Looks like the flood will still happen but with a lesser magnitude. If the damange of 2014 is not repaired, even small flood would be disastrous!

      The economy would be okay in spring but stagnent in winter. Overall business would be a standstill this year unless wood based industries. However, water shortages may be repeated in the mid of the year. So some business may be affected in central part.


      I supposed not many developments in politics as everyone will be busy in rebuilding damage done in 2014.
