Choosing a property using Feng Shui rules of the road: what is your choice?
Feng Shui is not about inside a premise alone. There are
many factors to think about too: the macro view of an area, the road, the
environment, the landscape, rivers, lakes and etc.
The above is just a general view of a township with shops
and residential areas. It is constructed for illustration purposes only and
does not implying on any real place.
Say that you want to buy a shop lot for your business, which
shop will you purchase?
If you want to buy a house which one will you choose? Or you
rather stay in the apartments?
I will leave the answer open for now and let you figure
about for the time being.
Without having to dig too much into Feng Shui, what would
your choice be?
Think carefully as a shop lot would cost MYR1,000,000, an
average landed house would be at least MYR600,000 and MYR300,000 for an
apartment now days. I am told that the figure in Singapore is many Xs’ of the
Malaysian counterpart.
Just my feelings, i would probably choose house # 15 or 18 on the right.
ReplyDeleteHmm... Both of the houses are 'against' the traffic flow, hence difficult for the owners to earn a living; but that would also depends on the general dragon arrangements and direction too...
DeleteGood try anyway ;-)
Dear Mr. Liew !
ReplyDeleteI would choose "Shop #4 or #5"....because it is on the end of the "flow"...
...or not ?
Thanks !
Sincerely,
Michael B.
Dear Michael,
DeleteShop #4 and #5 is at the end and hence they receive less 'chi' from the road. This is called 'the trapped dragon'.
Shops in these positions would not have good business unless it is for storage only. If you don't believe me, just stroll along a street at your place and you will agree with me.
Good try though!
Sincerely,
Liew
Dear Mr. Liew !
DeleteWell, I see...then i would sell my Shop the someone who doesn't know this, and buy Shop #1 instead....hehehe
Just kidding !
But seriously, would be Shop #1 a better choice ?
Thank you very much for your pprecious time !
Sincerely,
Michael B:
Dear Michael,
DeleteNormally shop #1, #2 and #3 would be good choices provided all of the Feng Shui conditions are met..
If the traffic is too fast, then the shop base for shop #1 should be raised higher so that the negative chi would be reduced. Otherwise shop #2 or #3 would be a better choice.
Sincerely,
Liew
